Hello, we have a 99 accord 3.0 at our shop that came in running rough and had Egr codes. We found the Egr passages clogged badly , so we cleaned and replaced the valve. Now the vehicle will start up and runs smoothly for a little bit this start to runs roughly . We have replaced the fuel pressure regulator and performed compression test ( all above 125-140). We thought we might have clogged converters so we unbolted the flanges ( no change. The one thing we did figure out that when running and it starts running rough if we pinch the inlet fuel line it smooths out. Any help would be appreciated.
