Put the original ECU back into the car... a chipped ECU will not communicate to the automatic transmission control box, and this is why you cannot shift the transmission out of "Park".

Can I hook up a v tec controller or reprogram my computer what would be the best way to tune my car

Look into this. https://honda-tech.com/forums/perfor...ports-3233058/

It states you need to run a separate TCU to run a modified ECU.

That is an option... but I don't think this is what the OP has, and thus, WHY the transmission doesn't shift.

OP asked what he could do to tune the car after your comment thus why I suggested it.

No doubt about it... and your suggestion for a solution is "Fantastic". I was merely trying to differentiate what you suggested from what the OP "has" so that he/she understands WHY the transmission cannot be shifted out of park.

Basically, what you linked WILL work... what the OP has WILL NOT work.
