Default Engine sounds like a Diesel? Jdm F23a swap problem

I recently had this jdm F23a put in my '97 accord and its making this awful sound. Here is a link to it below.
So far people in facebook groups have told me a variety of things that could be wrong with it from a simple valve adjustment to bent valves or bad crankshaft/main bearings, but I'm not sure and could use some expert opinions before I proceed. The engine is under warranty and I want to have a good idea of what might be wrong with it before I take it in to be looked at.
Here is a list of the new parts that were put on it at the shop that did the swap:
-cam seal
-balance shaft seal
-rear main seal
-spark plugs
-thermostat
-timing belt
-balance shaft belt
-intake manifold gasket
-oil filter
-oil

-anti freeze
-water pump

Thanks for checking it out, Happy holidays!

Just a guess, I would say valves need adjustment or low oil (whether low oil pressure or actually low oil).

Just take it back and ask, they can check it pretty easily and quickly I would presume.
