Default HDS isn’t reading my car.

Hello guys, I recently swap engine on my 2009 Honda Accord EX 3.5L V6 with 2011 Honda Accord EX 3.5L V6. Now I’ve issue with my immobilizer system, and the worse part is HDS is not reading the vehicle. I doubt if I need to get an ecm/pcm from 2011 Honda Accord. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you 😊

hey, when you load up the HDS does it make you have to type in the vin and the mileage then it proceed to read? Also have you tried running the immobilizer feature of the HDS?

Thank you for the response, yes I have to punch my VIN every time I connect HDS. And I could only get communication with BCM and other modules, but not with the PCM (I was trying to relearn immobilizer system lol).I still have original wiring harness for 2009 accord, I wonder if I can use this harness. Or I have to buy PCM from 2011 accord EX.
