Car will not start under its own power, battery is not dead(tried a boost) and battery is brand new. starter was repalced about a year or so ago. I've had the car for about 4 years and ever since I bought it, it had an intermittent buzzing noise when I would try to turn it over, cycle the key again and it would start up. Today it **** the bed on me and will not start unless I give it a rolling jump start(manual trans) and as soon as I pulled in my yard it stalled out on me. I'm leaning towards ignition switch but i'm unsure how to properly diagnose.

 

What's the behavior? turn but not start? just a click? anything with dashboard lights? Did the car start with a booster?
