Default Idles at 2,000rpm and redlines at 3,000rpm

I have had very bad luck with this car I have a 98 accord with a jdm F23a I’m running a f23a1 Ecu in it witch I barley switched in because it was running on obd1.. when I started it with the new computer it started to idle high and the isles surged alittle and stayed at 2,000rpm i tried t rev it and it would not go past 3,000rpm.. i pulled the codes and they come up as a crank shaft positioning sensors and a Vtec system circuit and a few others.. I honestly don’t know what to do to fix it anymore can anyone please help

The VTEC error I thought was often the vtec solenoid / oil pressure switch. You could take it off and clean the screen, that sometimes works because it's not getting the right pressure. If not, then I believe that would need to be replaced.

1362 could be the crank position sensor is not plugged in, is loose, or has failed.

For more diagnostics, Mad Mike did a nice post here on this error on things to check around that.
