Default Brake / Gas Line Question

Im in the process of replacing the driver side floorpans in my '93 hatch. Because the fuel and brake lines run under the floorpans ill likely have to drop the lines. My question is if i drop the lines ill obviously plug them at each end but wont i also be introducing air into the system. I assume this be remedied by bleeding the brakes once the job is done but how will i remove the air from the fuel lines once i reinstall them?

Thanks

The fuel pump is constantly supplying fuel from the tank to the fuel pressure regulator which returns it to the tank. The regulator is constantly bleeding off pressure inside the fuel rail. So any air in the lines will be pushed through the system and back into the tank by the fuel pump.
