Thank you. There is a very small amount of liquid (sticky like oil) that on electric wiring that kept dripping on to the left foot resting. Where those oily liquid coming from in that area? The only fluid that I top off recently was power steering wheel.

Possibly sunroof drain hose. If it pops out the rubber piece going to outside car, it will leak on floorboard. This is of course if you have a sunroof, otherwise no idea lol
Re: Anyone know what is this small tank for by the fuse box?
Thank you. There is no sunroof on my car. I will do further inspection when I have my next day off, which is Christmas Day. If anyone can give me any ideas to look for, I greatly appreciate.

A bad capacitor can leak - but if it was leaking that much I'd suspect something wouldn't be working as it should. What is the function of the multiplex control unit?

Agreed.
The multiplex control system is related to a multitude of circuits:

Then it could very well have at least one capacitor with all of that circuitry! Years ago I replaced a bad power supply in a large phone system. A large oil filled DC filter capacitor blew and leaked oil all over the bottom of the cabinet, it was a mess. But capacitors in 12v electronics are typically somewhat like paper inside if I recall correctly. Maybe a bit of gel-like substance.

Thank you, everyone for taking the time to reply this post. I hope it is not the circuit board. Everything is working properly and I didn’t smell anything funny inside.

Just taking a stab at an oil that might be near that area here, it could be brake fluid from the brake booster or clutch if you have a manual transmission.
