Default p0341

i have a 2002 rsx type s and noticed my idle was awfully weird last week come to start the car today starts up fine no problem but cel came on with p0341 seems to have a real issue with timing is misfiring vtec seems to kick in at a low rpm when its normally at 4500 for the tune in my car and im just wondering what people think is wrong the timing chain was just replaced before i bought the car 3k miles ago if that i replaced the valve cover gasket not to long ago and verified they were indeed aligned correctly and visibly they looked brand new no wear what so ever im just very confused on where to begin

Check your cam/crank alignment at TDC again... it could be out of time. Also, check the wiring at the two plugs on the cylinder head. Was the tensioner replaced with the chain ? Was the chain actually replaced ?
