Hey everyone,

I'm running into some confusion in regards to the MAP sensor on my EF which is firewall mounted and this Z6 throttle body.

Now, everyone is saying that the MAP sensor for 92-95 EG's are on the throttle body - and I do see most of them do - but the throttle body I have simply does not have that. Correct me if I'm wrong; but the red circle should go to the canister and the green circle goes to the MAP on my firewall correct?

Also, can anyone enlighten me on what throttle body I have? Do some MAP sensors on EG's not appear on the TB?

 

Nvm - did some research.

So turns out - 92- 93 D15B7 (DX model EG's) throttle bodies have a remote MAP sensor so it's on the firewall. So i'm assuming i just need to connect these lines to my firewall mounted MAP sensor.

 

that is correct the part circled in green is the one for your map sensor
