Hey guys sorry if something similar has been posted although I’ve searched everywhere and couldn’t find a similar problem. I have a 2006 civic SI coupe, a buddy and I were installing subwoofers and he drilled into the firewall but ended up drilling into my brake booster... I then had a rough idle a check engine light and super stiff brakes. The next day I ended up replacing the brake booster, and nothing changed. I still have a very hard brake pedal, a P0171 code and a misfire or something at idle. Super frustrated as I’ve done everything, I tested the brake booster with the engine off and then I started it and the pedal did indeed go down. When I listen into the area I do hear a hissing sound, sounds like a huge leak somewhere but when I spray soapy water in the area I can’t find anything. Any help at all would be appreciated :/ thanks guys.
