Default 00 Si & 96 EX-R trans seals questions

So Si is mine, 96 is wifes.

Hers is an automatic and trans is failing so gonna get a manual swap. I want to get a few things done and new parts in. Usually swaps are done with the donor car parts but i want to put in new. D16Y8

So new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel
rear main seal
New clutch master, slave and line (braided)
Axle seals and shift rod seal (correct me if im wrong on below parts numbers)
91205-PL3-A01
91206-PL3-A01
91215-PL3-005

What else is there to do while im at it??? I feel like im missing something. Additionaly I have not yet confirmed the exact tranny going in. Any suggestions for a specific make/model? She aint gonna be racing but definitely spirited driving and occasional highway use so overdrive is a pretty much a must

For the Si, i want to change the oil seals, S4C trans apparently no LSD as it does not have the marking nor have i opened it up. Does not feel like LSD turning
91205-PC9-711
91215-689-013
91205-PL3-A01

Axle and shift rod seals. Am I missing any other seal? And are these the correct part numebers for an Si?

I would defer to the online parts dealer diagram. Pretty spot on.

Yup, thank you very much, part numbers were taken from hondapartsnow.com diagrams. Was looking to see if anyone has any ideas on any other things to do while i am at it. Any other seals i may be missing or preventative maintenance. Since trany is going off, for example, might as well change rear main seal and axle seals

On the Si its no problem, that S4C trans is pretty much unique.
The issue is on my wifes car, since it is an automatic, being converted to manual, i am not entirely sure from what donor car its gonna come from, and i would love to have all the parts before starting the swap. Which is why I was also asking for ideas on the donor car trans, and what to change oit while its being swapped
