Default 2004 honda rear hatch weight tolerance

Hello, I am wondering if there is a rated weight somewhere for the rear hatch of a honda CRV? I plan to put a big all terrain tire in the back and maybe mount a jerry can. I want to be careful not to overload it though.

The hinges are pretty heavy duty; make sure they are lubed good, the latch is lubed and the latch is properly adjusted. The gas support may not work so good against the added weight, but it will open under level conditions.
