I have a 1993 Honda Civic that’s turn signals won’t come in and the dash won’t register that i flip the turn signal. The dash lights also don’t work though. I have no speedometer, gas gauge, temperature gauge nothing on the dash works at all except for the srs light and battery light and the hazard light flashes when turned on. Finally, my brake lights do not come on when the pedal is pressed but did manage to stay on and drain my battery the other night. I just bought the car and have never worked on a foreign vehicle before so any suggestions would be appreciated thank you.

 

Have you checked the fuses?

 

Dash fuse 15 protects both the gauge and the turn signal circuits.
