just bought a 99 civic ex mt and i’ve been experiencing most of the lights pulsating. the interior lights, headlights, taillights, and the gauge cluster too but also the tachometer, temp gauge and fuel gauge only work sometimes don’t know if that’s related. the last owner seemed to have an aftermarket sound system but took it out, wondering if that could be the issue or maybe the alternator. new battery btw

 

Is dash fuse 15 blown?
