Default 93 Del Sol si ride height

With my new project I am eager to get some suspension work started.

While installing my LS meshies I found that the springs on the car are green Tiens but the shocks look stock. My problem is that I can't see any other identifying numbers on the springs to know how much this car is lowered. I would like to have an idea of where the car would sit after I put on a fresh set of coilovers with a moderate drop, but since I am not sure what my currrent baseline is, I might not get a drop at all.

Does anyone have an idea on the best practice for figuring this out? I saw a couple conflicting answers for stock ride height elsewhere so I wasn't confident I was getting a correct answer. I felt this was a semi specific enough question to put here rather than the suspension forum.

This is currently how the car sits.

So you think you have lowering springs on factory shocks?

That sounds a little less than ideal.

Question, if you lift from the front or rear, do the springs run out of reach/travel before the shocks do?

Did it occur to you to get numbers off the springs and contact TEIN to discover what you have ? Your car doesn't appear lowered at all... so there is likely more to this issue than you think.

Good attempt at being a duck when I said in my post I couldn’t read any numbers on the springs. I can only see the tien logo.

so far when I have put the car on stands I haven’t noticed that the springs come off the perches of the struts but they do droop down quite a bit. All the suspension is worn but I plan on changing all that out.

I am not sure if it is lowered at all, I’m kind of hoping it isn’t so I can clear a little wheel gap with the fresh coil overs
