Default Hot wire 2004 fuel pump

I have a 2004 civic sitting in the back yard and I want to get the fuel out of the tank , The fuel pump disconnect has a set of 3 contacts and a set of 2 , one of the 3 set is a dummy and the other 2 are grounded . There's 4 wires from the harness , 2 yellow , 2 black . I hooked up jump wires from a batt. , pos. to the one of the pairs and neg. to one of the 3 , I got nothing , Can any one tell me how to pump out the new fuel from this tank ? Thank you .

The two wires on the bottom are the fuel pump looking down on the tank with the plug pulled . The one on the right is + and the other is - . Your experience may differ .There was no resistance between them so I didn't want to throw voltage through there without knowing for sure .
