Hey guys I looked thru and couldn’t find anything like this idk maybe I missed it but I’m planning to do a mini me swap, a d17a2 head onto a d17a1 block and I’m going to look for the parts tomorrow I was trying to figure out can I use a 2002 civic ex ecu on a 2004 civic? Ik the o2 sensors are different but would it affect anything if I used the 2002 civics 02 sensors to account for that since it will be a 2002 ecu head and wire harness? Thanks for the help guys!

 

Assuming you're using the full D17A2 EX harness, if you change the computer you will have to bring it to a dealer to have the immobilizer/keys reprogrammed/matched. Do you have access to all of the matching ignition switch/key components from the 2002?
