Default 98 accord swap g23 or h23?

I have a 98 accord ex 5speed head gasket went and car has 180,000 miles i want to build the car up little by little but not sure which way i should go thought about getting an h22 head and swap it on to my block or if i should do a full H23 swap new to honda swaps and all hopefully anyone have any suggestions on whats the best way to go

Personally, the H22 head swap sounds like a nice way to go. Bolt on and a retune and off you go. Unlike a air filter or exhaust, you will feel the difference when driving.

Thats what i was thinking but i read i would have to change pistons cause with the head swap it lowers compression so i just want to know what i would have to get to make that swap work
