The one on the right matches all schematics and diagrams I can find. It’s connectors I pulled off a 91 EF sedan M/T in a junk yard. The one on the left is my harness for my 88 EF sedan M/T everything I’ve looked up on the internet and on here only show the connector on the right. Has any 1 seen the wire colors on the left? Can any 1 point me to a diagram for these colors? Whoever had the car before me stripped the shielded wires and I’m trying to find the ECU ground so I can re connect it.

 

the one on the right is from the MPFI harness on the 91 EX model sedan - the one on the left is from a DPFI harness on the 88 DX/LX model sedan

below is how they match up - grounds for ECU are the black wires (on both) at pins A2 and A4 - these end up at the thermostat housing ground - the grounds at A16 and A18 are for the shields on the distributor wiring and also end up at the thermostat housing ground
