Default Speedometer is off by 5-8mph

I guess I forgot that running different tire size would cause this so I need to adjust it. Is there an electrical device out that that can do this? I would like to intercept the signal before it gets split to the ecu/cluster/cc module.

Edit: right, forgot.

00 Sedan 'd15b' 5spd.

These Aussies make a harness 'for your car'. Plug and play baby. I requested a 3m run.
