1. Check/Re-Check under-hood Fuse No. 4 (15A).
2. If fuse is okay, disconnect Connector A on the Combination Light Switch. Jump harness connector terminal no. 3 (Blk wire) to terminal no. 1 (wht wire). If the tail lights and parking lights work, the cause may be due to a faulty combination light switch.
3. If the lights still don't work, the cause may be with the tail light relay which is part of the relay control module (built into the under-hood fuse/relay box) or wiring after the under-hood fuse/relay box. You'll want to test for power on the Red/Blk wire (red colored wire with black stripe); terminal no. 3 at Connector D at the back of the under-dash fuse box is where you can test for power at the Red/Blk wire.
