Default Pictures on how to fix your loose window...

Mine came loose again so I took pictures this time on how to fis it. As you see in the pictures, there is a rubber weather stripping that is inline with the window. That is the piece that comes off that makes the window rattle. Usually you can find it in the bottom of the door if it fell off. To put it back on, roll the window down about an inch so the end of the strip can slide up in the track. Note: you may need to reach up in the door and pull the window towards you a little to let the strip slide all the way up in the track. I also sprayed mine with some silicon spray to reduce friction to keep it from coming off again

Both of my windows on one of my Integra's has been a little loose for over a year now, but I just haven't had the time and can never remember to fix it. I'll try and get to it next week though. Thanx for the write-up...

there were a lot of guys on here that had loose windows and i told them how to fix it but they requested pictures so thats why I posted this. apparently this is a known problem like the sunroof chattering.

My window rattles only when its not fully closed, does this how to apply to me? The pics a little too close for me, but I think I'll get the idea once the door panel is off.

It applies to you because your glass windows are hitting the metal track, you need to put the rubber lining back in, I had the same problem when I would shut the door with the window partially opened/closed.

yes, this totally applies to you. thats what mine would do before I fixed it. It only rattles when the window isnt pressed agains the top of the door. Once get into the inside of the door you'll see what the picture represents.

you might want to wrap your arm in saran wrap to keep the puddy off you and your clothes. its a pain to get off. especially if you have hairy arms

so does this rubber thing go in the window track above the window sill, or does it go inside the door, behind the door panel?
