car bogs down real bad almost to the point of stalling everytime i
turn on headlights
press brake
shift out of park
when the fan kicks on for radiator
turn on ac or heat ....what could cause this

 

car idles at around 800 when warm

 

These older Honda's will idle just fine when out of mechanical timing but won't run worth a darn anytime any kind of load/vacuum demand is placed on the engine.

I suspect you never did confirm your mechanical timing by pulling the crank pulley off. You never showed us proof your mechanical timing is accurate.

doesnt matter that motor is going bye bye im going k20 or k24 manual im done with sohc and automatics
