Would the k24 be a good swap and if anyone has done it what was some pros and cons

Eventually I want to do a 3rd gen engine swap but with a F20B. Since 3rd gens are very limited when it comes to performance and aftermarket parts you'd have to almost if not completely take everything out the engine bay.

 

only a few people have swapped K's into the 3g prelude.
pros: it's a K
cons: the oil pan sits several inches lower than the stock pan, unless you cut the hood and have the engine stick out of the hood.
