After living in a development for 50 years and my parents and me parking our cars in the street, well...it finally happened. Someone fell asleep at the wheel the other morning at 6am and plowed into my 2007 Accord. She demolished the driver's side quarter panel, punctured a new tire, and drove the wheel back two inches. I'm told the car is only worth $4,000 today, so I have to find out what's wrong and fix it myself. It's not a bad experience. I learned a lot about the car in the last week, and I'd like to share that with people. I got the fenders off, headlights out, bumper and crash bar off, bought a come-a-long & chain, and used it to straighten out the radiator frame and other smashed in things. Now its time to find out if its my lower control arm or frame that's bent. Your suggestions will help. Thanks!
