2003 MANUAL LX AirBag Light + Parasitic Drain
I am having an issue with my airbag light and my battery being drained over night. The airbag light seems to only come on under load at above 2k RPMS. I spent 100$ at the dealership for them to find no airbag code saved.
the alternator and battery are fairly new having been purchased in August 2020.
There are a few aftermarket components but those have been on the vehicle for a while even before I owned it.
I must add that a few days after this started happening I had a terrible rattle coming from the alternator pivot bolt which had came all the way out due to vibrations and wouldn’t go back in the bracket seems stripped. So I was able to put a bolt that’s slightly longer with a nut at the end to keep it all in place.
My biggest question is what seems to be the issue?

Double check the alternator mounting and adjustment bolts. There are 3 to check. Common for them to cause electrical issues when loose. My case was the ABS and battery lights would flicker and come on. Tightened and new bolts solved the problem. I have also read that it may go to the extent of ruining your PCM.

Got it diagnosed by an auto electric specialist, turns out the alternator has a blown diode causing it to output an AC current.
