Default weird electrical buzzing noise

Hey guys, hope everyones doing well and as always many thanks to H-T. I have an odd intermittent problem I could use some advice on. Ive got a 96 DX, d16y7 with m/t. ive had the car about 2 years now. every now and then, maybe a handful of times, when i start the car up and let off the clutch (i almost always park with it in gear) i get a super loud buzzing sound coming from the clutch pedal area. if I press the clutch back in, it stops. Whenever this happens i cut the car off, and back on and everythings fine. ive noticed that when its in that "mode" the hvac and various other things arent operating either. almost like the car halfway cranks up. As i said, it rarely happens but it did tonight and its got me wondering whats wrong. any ideas guys? to clarify its a loud, game show-esk buzzing sound, definetaly electrical. Thanks in advance

The input shaft bearing in your transmission is toast.
