Default 70lb or 85lb valve springs

Hey! I've looked around, and there's a lot of opinions out there on what springs to use and all that jazz, especially for the meaty cam builds. Not much for turbo, though! So I'm wondering if anybody has any advice as to whether I should roll with supertech 70lb or 85lb springs.

450whp goal from 16psi out of a gt3582
b16 head stock cam
probably an 8500rpm limiter
this WILL be a daily driven car for the next year at least, probably several

all advice is greatly appreciated, and bonus points for reasoning behind your answer. hoping to shed some light on this :D

Cheers!
Eric

85lbs is used by everyone really. If you really would run just 10 psi you could easily run 70lbs but noone seems to use below 80lbs
on turbo applications really.
The classic 85lbs supertech valve spring/reteiner combo everyone sells will work very well.
