Default Persistent Wobbling Harmonic Balancer

2001 Honda CR-V LX automatic transmission
2001 OEM balancer wobbled (multiple attempts to remedy the issue and re-installed by me - an amateur DIY-er)
Crappy and cheap aftermarket "DNJ" brand balancer wobbled (installed by me)
Brand new, Honda updated, OEM balancer straight from the dealership still wobbles. (Professionally installed at a family owned mechanic shop that I’ve been going to for the past decade)
Mechanics tested for crankshaft endplay. Checked out just fine. No knocks or endplay that would indicate thrust bearing issues. Snout threads and crank bolt threads in good condition.
What could this be???? Any other ideas? Luckily I have a warranty on the mechanic’s work so I’ll bring it back and we’ll try addressing it, but anyone willing to brainstorm some other potential causes??? Perhaps warped crank snout? Maybe some issue with the keys / key ways? What are some plausible causes? Anyone have any experience with this? Am I screwed? This has been a 2 month ordeal and I'm desperate to get this fixed. I've put a lot of money into this car in the last 3 months.

I have the same issue was told by a honda mechanic not worry about it unless it starts affecting performance or making noise. Its been almost a year since I've noticed that and it hasn't gotten any worse or caused any problems for me
