Default 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L Ex start up problems

I been having this problem on my 2007 accord, when it starts up it sputters on, as if the car was choking. The car drives fine from what it seems, but it also has been burning a lot more gasoline than normal. I have a aftermarket intake installed but it’s been a couple years since I installed it and gave me no problems. I checked for cracks or lose connections on the intake pipe but nothing. A family friend mechanic told me he thinks it’s the aftermarket intake entirely and that I need to change it back to the factory intake system. But I’m not so sure that would fix my problem. any thoughts???? Before I decide to change my intake back to the OEM one?

***Also the car is giving me the code that my o2 sensors are bad, I changed both of them and that didn’t fix the problem. Maybe the vacuum lines are clogged or blockage somewhere??? HELP PLEASE***
