Hi all
I hope you can help. I drive a 1.8 exec a/t 2014 civic hatch. I'm experiencing a hard downshift at low speeds, usually in peak traffic. There is an audible knocking sound and a slight jerk which occurs as I release my foot from the accelerator. It's strange because I don't experience this at higher speeds when accelerating or when slowing the car and downshifting from higher speeds.

Does anyone know what the issue may be? It would be greatly appreciated.
