Hey guys I currently have a 7th gen Honda Civic lx, I am soon going to sell it and I am probably going to pick up a 6 gen Honda Civic. It has over 180 thousand miles and the price is 3.3k, the exterior and interior of the car seems to be in excellent condition but is it worth it? How much life does the car have left, and also I see a bit of oil seeping out of what I believe is the valve cover, is it a big deal?

Next to the oil dip stick is what I’m talking about.

 

Looks like that could be fixed with a valve cover gasket + cam seal gasket. Not too pricey and pretty easy to replace.
