Default ATF leak from Neutral sensor?

Hi all
im having an issue with an ATF leak around the neutral sensor on a 2008 crv auto. the fluid seems to be around the lower 2 bolts on the photo. I've taken the cover for the sensor off and removed the sensor and can't see any fluid. Last week i got honda to change the seal at the back of the sensor whilst doing na atf change, but its still has a bit of fluid on the nuts after a drive.
I'm still thinking it's the seal behind the sensor as i can't see any trace of fluid anywhere else near it, maybe when driven the transmission fluid is pressurized? I was just asking to see if anyone else has come across this?
many thanks in advance

Just incase anyone else has a similar problem, it turns out to be corrosion in the aluminum case, which is a first for me
