Icon6 Rice or Nah?

Is ricing still a thing?
'94 Accord is my current daily, and I plan on running it into the ground, so yesterday I started adding basic modifications that would make it run better (cold air intake, double iridium spark plugs) and on a whim and a paycheck I ordered 5 or 6 bumper stickers. Before this whim gets too extreme, I just wanted to see if you people out there believed that my '94 Accord is worth Ricing

Photo from Google, I don't have any photos of my car. Not that mine looks much different than this one....

i am not sure about the rice thing but you make very good improvements with little amounts of money. Get some receland coilovers. Megan braces and adjustable upper control arms front and rear. World of difference in the handling department. Clear front markers under 20$ new. That would make it rice. Oh and a cheap front lip
