Default Engine won’t hold idle and is running very rich

I am new to the kseries and just picked up an 06 si as a daily/project. Just recent the engine died while driving. it does turn over but does not hold idle. I recently just had an oil change and it is seeping oil where the dip stick is located. When it’s idling it sounds very rough.

Current mod list
-Headers (not sure which brand)
-spectre Intake
-Meghan Racing exhaust.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions of what that causes of these issues are it’ll be much appreciated.

The light is on and off. my engine didn't seize because it can still hold idle if I constantly give it gas. However, there does sound like there is a vacuum leak and it is running extremely rich.
