Default Ever pop the cruise control diaphragm with too much boost?

Anybody ever pop the diaphragm of their vacuum actuated cruise control?...from boost. Just curious. It could have deteriorated I suppose. The rubber probably cant take 17-19 lbs.. only saw vacuum before. Ruptured. I dunno. What you think?

Is there a way to swap to, a non-vacuum reliant cruise control system for a 2001 Accord?

In the clip, hear that instead of a clean BOV break there is flutter..Popped it. No cruise ...

A second opinion is needed.

If the Diaphragm can handle 19"-21" one way at idle negative , why not 19" positive the other way...right?

It was only designed to have negative pressure applied to it.
Can always install a check valve to prevent boost pressures from damaging the CC.

Looks like I lucked out. It was just the check valve.

The new check was $4.99 in the Help section at Autozone. I was thinking that the boost could have damaged the cruise control in some way. It was like that for 3 days, before I had time to check it out. Everything works
