Default F23a5 manual trans bolted to f23a1 block?

Can I swap an f23a5 manual transmission into an f23a1 block? I'm doing an auto to manual swap on an 2001 accord, currently in the car is the f23a1, I already pulled most of what I need to do the swap, including the trans.

They appear to be the same transmission from what I can see of the specs. The f23a5 itself is lower compression, but the transmission specs and bolt holes all look the same. I presume the only thing you need is a way to either reflash or change the ECU so it recognizes it's a manual instead of the auto in there.

That's what I was hoping to hear, thank you, I did grab the ecu from the donor car, I want to grab the engine harness as well, but the a5 is the non VTEC model, should I grab the manual engine harness from the f23a1 model?
