Default B18c Seized - rebuildable?

I think I know the answer but will ask for feedback anyway. I suspect eating through the bearings being the main culprit. Any one successfully rebuild a b18c after having it seize?

Thanks!

Sorry, wut? I can bet my last dollar it'll just fail over and over again via eater bearings? Seriously, I would like to know what you meant. Thx!

Let's assume that you have eaten all of the main and rod bearings in the engine...
This means that you will have to REPLACE the connecting rods and the crankshaft during your rebuild. So yes, you can rebuild it.

^ This Just find a good condition crank and rods and with new bearings etc. hand it over to the machine shop and have it rebuilt! These engines are like legos~

So it's not a paperweight. That's good news! a little extra credit question - I'm working toward tearing it down, but for funsies, what is more likely to seize the motor, main or rod bearings? I would guess main.

Hit or miss who knows what happened, your gonna have to pull it apart and see what the damage is.

Did the engine seize from Hydro locking like in other words did you ingest water into the engine by sucking up water from a deep puddle or did the engine get submerged in water?

No, I was on track and was actually getting a decent amount of power still. Came off track when the session ended and the car stalled 20 feet passed the track exit. I tried to crank it with the starter and after a couple cranks it just locked up. Got the front end in the air and tried to move the crank with a breaker bar and it wouldn't budge. I dropped the oil a two days ago, and the magnetic plug had a bunch of metal on it, but the oil looked relatively clean (No water). Probably won't drop the pan until I can get the block out of the car.
