Default Need help, 1995 accord ex KA 2.2L, fuel pipe part question

Hello, how are you doing and thanks for help in advance. I have a clear plastic hose that is under the passenger side engine that splits off of a 3 way connector and has some kind of weird clip that connects at the end of my broken hose. I have researched this a little and have found out a part number. It states that the part is discontinued. I am unsure whether this is actually a fuel line or what this actually does. From the 3 way connector it goes to it seems the wheel well, and I think ends I'm not sure where it goes. It also goes to I believe a canister, and then it comes down to underneath the engine and has a clip on the end that connects. My question is what do I use to replace this and also is it a fuel line actually or is this a drain of sum sort? I am lost. Also the part I believe I am talking about is #43 and the connection at the end is #13. Thanks so much

Is 14 the PCV? If so its not a fuel line. Replace the vent line with a silicone hi temp tube of the same diameter.
