Default 99 Honda Accord EX v6 fuel pump issue

Still having the same current issues even after I re-soldered my main relay for the fuel pump would it have anything to do with my ground wire for my subs and my amp being ground on the same piece of metal as the fuel pump is ground out to

No the ground should not interfere.

It shouldn't, but for the purpose of testing, I would remove those from the situation until you get everything working. No point in having extra items right now. Reattach when done.

Verify voltage to the pump itself.
Verify voltage out of the Main Relay.
Verify voltage at the ignition switch, these wear out and can cause intermittent starting issues from lack of power to the Main Relay.
