Icon5 Question about led headlights

Hi! I have an 06 Accord. I was wondering if you can plug and play led headlights or if I have to get a kit with extra wiring and such like with HIDs.
Thank you

Yes, there are plug and play LED bulbs. There are differences though in quality between manufacturers (some also have adjustable beams, higher lumens, etc.). Generally, the higher the lumens, the brighter the light.

I'd recommend LASFIT brand LED bulbs. I have tried OPT7 brand on a recommendation by a friend and they were alright but had problems after awhile. The LASFIT's I got for free from a random dude that rode in my car one day were much better.
Honestly I would encourage you to try LASFIT, no I don't work for them or gain anything from you buying them but they performed well, had good cooling, a clear beam without haziness, never flickered or cut out and produced a good bright white light.

Your 2006 Accord has a 9006 or HB4 low beam bulb type and a 9005 or HB3 high beam bulb type. You can replace either just your low beams, just your high beams or both. Each kit comes with two bulbs, so enough to completely replace both low or high beams.
The links are to the Official LASFIT website and show multiple bulb types that will fit your car. You can choose different models that have different wattages, lumen outputs & light color/temperatures. Higher wattage's usually are associated with a higher lumen rating or light output, the brighter and higher the wattage, typically the higher the cost.
Color temperature is listed in kelvin, higher values equal a whiter light with the highest producing more of a blue light, see the pic below:

Here are the bulbs you'd need for your car from LASFIT:
LASFIT Lighting - 9006 HB4 Low Beam LED Bulbs

LASFIT Lighting - 9005 HB3 High Beam LED Bulbs
