Default Cluster clicking after stereo install

Hey last night i tried to install a duel bluetooth audio deck withought wiring harness....needless to say the wire colours did not match.. found a diagram that was almost perfect ..i had power but no sound...i took the stereo out and now my cluster clicks and the needles fluctuate for about 2 seconds when i turn the key into on position...car starts fine..is it a fuse issue...any input would be much appreciated..thankyou!

The power for the stereo is from the computer , you may need an interface for other things to operate normally or check your work and wiring set up .
