Default What kind of wires are these? Please help

So every time I look this up I get info on nothing about what I’m trying to find. But yet once I saw something about what I’m asking in my early days of building civics and knew I shoulda book marked it. Regardless Heres my question. I k ow some wires are shielded for reasons I understand but I’ve also looked this up and seen wires “grounded” to them selves

these pics are from my 88 EF civic they are from the harness close to the ECU plugs. The wires with the gray tube are shielded I believe which I can get that at Home Depot or whatever but the bottom ones are perplexing cause every time I look up grounded wire it’s all radio and basic engine grounding stuff. I know I’ve seen the grounded to it’s self wire. I don’t have a pic of it but it’s was wires connected then it had a black sleeve over it with a silver wire coming out of the bottom then running along the black sleeve then going back into the top of the black sleeve. I’m trying to fix said harness cause it was cut. I know people say just get a new one but my junk yard never gets EF’s and the ones for sale are stupidly priced. Thanx for the help. Hope I posted in the right place

This is shielded I believe

then what kind of wires are these

This one is different from the bottom 2

^ is this a grounded to its self wire

That is the shielding on a shielded wire group. The braided external shield wire gets grounded to sink any current it picks up.
