Hey guys. New member here. I have a 2005 CRV, and 2 days ago, it developed a grinding noise when I tried to start the car. Sometimes it took 3 attempts before I got the car going. At first I thought it was a defective battery. I replaced it today, and the noise still exists. I am not sure what could be causing it. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Probably the starter. Remove the starter and have it tested. The major chain auto parts stores usually will bench test a starter free of charge.
