Hello so I have recently done a swap from f23a1 to f23a and I bought S300 hondata and I know I’m suppose to swap my iacv from a 3 wire to a 2 wire to be able to run on my obd1 ecui bought the jumper harness so I don’t have to mess around with anything at the ecu but I don’t really no what to do on the harness for the pig tail an also witch iacv I’m suppose to buy I got the adaptor plate already tho so that’s a bonus has anyone else done this an can help me out ?

 

what year car? what year engine? Not sure I follow, sounds like you swapped newer engine into older car?

 

3 wire started in 99? Rosco IAC adapter?

My notes say,

A9 blue IAC wire replaces original

A25 at end, Red IAC wire splices in , no cut. Try to never cut anything.

 

i have a 2001 Honda Accord it comes stock with f23a1 and I swapped it with a F23a jap spec pretty well the same engine just happened spec I chipped it with s300 hondata and need to convert my iacv from a 3 wire to a 2 wire because I am running obd1 ecu now instead of obd2

This $35 adapter

Run 2 new wires to the Hondata ECU through the firewall passenger side grommet.

A9- blue wire
A25- black or red
