Default Front Wheel Bearing Direction 98 CRV

Hi looking for help to find out which direction goes out for an SKF FW145 front wheel bearing on a 98 CRV. Both sides look identical as shown in pictures. Except one side has numbers on the race.

I know that OEM has metal on one side and a rubber pack ring on the other. These are not like that.

Neither side is magnetic. It’s my understanding the ABS functions from the axle not the bearing.

No directions with the bearings. I am thinking for the aftermarket bearings that it may not matter ?

Do I install so the numbers can be read once its press in the hub (numbers closest to tire and hub ?

thanks !

Fw145 skf bearing from rock

No numbers rubber pack ring

Abs sensor runs off axle

Side with numbers and rubber pack ring this side closest to wheel ?

Doesn't matter. Install anyway you want. Hint, once the hub is pressed in you won't be able to read those number from the brake/wheel side. If you want to see them put the markings on the inside.

Thanks. What made this even more confusing is that the picture on the Rock Auto site shows the rubber pack seal on one side and the steel on the other just like OEM.
