I'm very new and just purchased this rukus. Have never owned one. And it seem that this cable with a adjustable screw in it is just kind of hanging there and doesn't go anywhere. Is this normal? And what is it? I tried searching everywhere have no idea what to call it. Thanks for all the feedback.
