Help get my civic running again

So I did a motor swap from a d16z6 to a d16y7 and for some reason I have crank no start problems can anyone tell me y it won’t start if have have spark and fuel

Does the CEL stay on steady when you turn key to ON(II) or does it turn on and then off after 2 seconds?
