Default Electrical issue need your help

Hello guys. I’m in need of some help with my car. I’m having a huge headache with it and I’m at a dead end car is stuck in limp mode with multiple DTC’s. Took vehicle to Honda dealer was told to replace ecu which I did but that did not resolve the issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Attached is the vehicle health report. Thank you guys.

I'd take it back to the dealer and try to get my money back to start. Without knowing the actual codes. It's hard to give advice.

P2127 P0651 P1454 85-01 83-11 are all codes that are showing. Vehicle was in a fender bender before passenger side. Also found it odd that my turn signal on that side will not work. But when I unplug that bulb codes go away. I was thinking about replacing the MICU and going from there.

Inspect the engine compartment wire harness. It may be damaged wiring and/or connections causing the issues.

Yep. Wiring harness issue on passenger side, related to that bulb of course. But considering all the other sensors on that side harness also have an issue it means some big clump of wires is getting pinched somewhere. You probably need to take the bumper and fender off and track it down. You could also perform a continuity test on wires to narrow things down.
